Stephanie Keller
Program and Operations Coordinator, Early Childhood
Stephanie Keller is the Early Childhood Program and Operations Coordinator at Robins Foundation. In this role, she supports the Foundation’s early childhood grantmaking and general operations, helping strengthen processes, assist grantees, and support effective reporting. Drawn to Robins Foundation’s mission and place-based focus on early childhood, Stephanie is eager to advocate for and grow this important work alongside local organizations.
Stephanie brings extensive experience in program management and grantmaking, much of it deeply tied to youth and family engagement, supporting educators and students, and creating training and resources for nationwide and global audiences.
She most recently served as a Project Manager with USAID (Dexis Consulting Group), where she supported a multimillion-dollar USAID grant portfolio, developed resources on inclusive program design, and supported cross-sector collaborations around conservation and youth engagement. Previously, she spent over a decade with the Jane Goodall Institute’s Roots & Shoots program, where she led a national program encouraging kids and families to create youth-led community projects, designed and delivered training programs for global educators on project-based learning, and oversaw monitoring and evaluation across regional offices.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves hiking and exploring with her family (they are on a mission to visit as many U.S. National Parks as possible), listening to as much live music as she can, and baking desserts for the people she loves.
She holds a BA in Environmental Policy from Rollins College and an MA in Global Environmental Policy from American University.
