Members of the press are welcome to contact us regarding Robins Foundation or any initiatives supported by the Foundation.

To help expedite your inquiry, please make sure to provide the following: 

  • Your full name
  • The media organization you represent
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Grant Announcements and Publicity

We love when our grantees want to publicize our partnership, but we ask that you follow a few guidelines when it comes to publications and announcements: 

  • We ask that grantees gain Robins Foundation’s approval before releasing or publishing any announcement, communication, or disclosure concerning grants from Robins (other than an annual report or tax returns)
  • Please allow at least five (5) working days for us to review your draft or prepare an approved comment
  • Grantees’ use of Robins’ logos and trademarks requires Robins’ prior written approval (see below)
  • For approval of draft communications, please email Stacy Buchanan at communication@robinsfdn.org and copy your program officer

Logo Request

If you would like to use Robins Foundation’s logo, it may be provided upon request for printed/digital materials. Please follow these guidelines when using our logo:

  • Only use our logo in materials that disclose specifics supported by the Foundation
  • Avoid using our logo for your website or other general communications and statements of support
  • Grantee’s use of Robins’ logos and trademarks is subject to our discretion and requires the Foundation’s prior written consent
