On January 12, 2012, Robins Foundation announced a change in our Preliminary Proposal schedule, moving from four cycles per year to two (January and July). We also updated our application process, deadlines and the forms that applicants use to submit proposals. Please see “What we fund” for a clear description of our programs, and “Forms” for our newly adopted application and reporting forms.

If we find it necessary to further tweak forms or procedures, these developments will first be posted here on our website well before application deadlines. Please double check to be certain that you are using the most current procedures and forms.

Funding Guidelines

Before applying to Robins Foundation please review our guidelines. These guidelines have recently been updated for the entire responsive granting process including procedures for preliminary and full proposals as well as submitting reports.

Review Process

Though we are generally unable to meet one-on-one with applicants prior to the full proposal process, our staff welcomes the opportunity to provide guidance, and recommend potential partners.
